With over 20 years in the industry, I'm a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, weight-loss and behaviour change specialist (and former figure competitor).I’ve lived and breathed fitness and nutrition for two decades.

After back surgery, a full hysterectomy, and a major hormonal shift, I suddenly found myself gaining weight, losing muscle, and wondering why my extensive expertise wasn't enough. I felt stuck.

That pivotal moment forced me to create a simple, structured, real-life system that changed everything. This system is built specifically for midlife bodies,  hormones, busy schedules — not for 25-year-olds with endless time and energy.
