A little backstory...

Hey love - I'm so glad you're here.
Let me share my world with you.

For over 20 years, I lived and breathed traditional fitness — coaching clients, competing in figure competitions, and collecting every certification I could (personal training, nutrition coaching, behaviour change, and more).

On the outside, it looked like I had it all together.
Inside, I was struggling.

Back surgery, a full hysterectomy, and an unexpected hormone shift flipped everything I knew about my body upside down. I suddenly found myself gaining weight, losing muscle, and feeling exhausted — and none of my old “fitness rules” worked anymore.

Pushing harder didn’t work.
Eating less didn’t work.
Doing everything “right” didn’t move the needle.

That’s when I realized a crucial truth no one talks about:

Midlife needs a completely different approach.
Not a 25-year-old’s plan. Not more restriction. And not more burnout disguised as “discipline.”

So I rebuilt my entire system from the ground up — a simpler, smarter, more flexible method designed specifically for midlife women with real responsibilities.

That system eventually became The Toned Method - the same method I now use to help women feel leaner, more toned, more energized, and more confident… without dieting, extremes, or trying to figure it all out alone.

My Mission Is Simple

My mission is to help midlife women feel leaner, more toned, more energized, and more confident — without dieting, shame, extremes, or trying to navigate this season alone.

I know the frustration of looking in the mirror and thinking, “Why isn’t anything working anymore?”And I understand how overwhelming it feels to juggle work, stress, family, and life changes while still wanting to feel good in your body.

That’s why I built a method that gives you something different:

Support without shame
Results without obsession

You don’t need a stricter plan or more willpower. 
You just need a system built for this season of life — one that supports your routine, your energy, and your goals.

A Bit More About Me...

When I'm not coaching, I'm a midlife woman navigating the same shifts and seasons as the women I work with. My own journey as a former single mom, now married with three grown sons, has taught me the power of resilience and sustainable rebuilding.
 
My life is built on simple, grounding routines: monthly family dinners, quiet evenings by the fireplace with my husband (often with a glass of red wine on the patio), and honoring my introverted capacity.
 
I keep my wellness practical: simple meal prepping, strength training in my home gym, and daily movement that supports my body and back. I’m an early riser, a lover of cozy routines, and yes—I have a serious mug and water bottle obsession. I’ve lived the shifts, navigated the frustrations, and rebuilt my strength the sustainable way. Now I help other women do the same.
